By default, one Envoy is earned for every 100 influence points that you accumulate. The bonuses you earn from a city-state depend on how many Envoys you have sent to the city-state. One bonus is earned for having 1 Envoy, the next bonus is at 3 Envoys, and the final bonus is at 6 Envoys. Declaring war directly on a city-state removes all Envoys you had there. Natural Wonders can span multiple Tiles and the discovery of a natural wonder can trigger City-State's Quest actions, they also give your Unit which discovered it bonus experience. Additionally, Natural Wonders give an adjacency bonus to Holy Site Districts in which all adjacent tiles receive +2 Appeal which can greatly increase your Tourism output. Finding Natural Wonders can be a large boon to your civilization, especially if you can put a city next to them quickly before anyone else can and reap the rewards.

New civics can be researched alongside technology, though they are unlocked through culture, not science. Civics are equally as important, however, and in turn unlock new buildings, wonders and units, just like technology. Conquering a city grants a free Eureka for each Encampment and Campus district in the conquered city and a free Inspiration for each Holy Site and Theater Square district. A civilization that has sent at least 3 Envoys can become "Suzerain" for that City-State, and earn a special bonus unique to that City-State. If more than one civilization has sent 3 Envoys, then whichever has the most becomes Suzerain. There can be only one Suzerain for a given City-State at a time. City-States follow their Suzerain into war and peace with other players. The Suzerain receives all Resources the city-state owns, and may also pay Gold to temporarily take control of the city-state's Units. Each city-state has a unique icon and Suzerain bonus. In regards to Science, the Technology tree is similar to previous Civ games with a major addition: The Eureka! bonus, which can be seen as a sort of quest. Once you meet the requirements, the Technology becomes 50% easier to research. Note that if a tech is already under research and you fulfill the requirements and get a Eureka! bonus in the middle of it, depending on how far along you are, you push it an additional 50%, and if you're more than 50% already, tech gets pushed to completion. All units trained in cities with an established Governor gain +25% combat experience. +10 Combat Strength bonus against civilizations that are in a Golden Age. Early game strategies in Civilization 6 to get off to the best start. The theme of Civilization 6 is the Age of Exploration and that should give you a very big clue as to what the most important. So you’ve picked your civ and find yourself on a new world. Most civs start with a Settler and a warrior. First order of business: build a city. The game will start you in a good area for a city, and exploration can waste turns and risk roving Barbarians kidnapping your Settler and ending the game. If there’s an exceptional area right next to you, maybe it will be worth wasting a turn, but settling straight away is recommended.

In 1842 China was defeated in the First Opium War by Great Britain and forced to sign the infamous Nanking Treaty, the first of many “unequal treaties.” A series of such trade treaties ruined the Chinese economy by 1900. Japan, which had quickly modernized and joined the colonial fray, forced China to recognize its rule in Korea and Taiwan. While the Qing remained nominal rulers, the European powers, including Russia, divvied the entire country up into exclusive “spheres of influence.” The United States, meanwhile, unilaterally declared an “Open Door” policy in China. Now, the Spaceport could be the most important district in the entire game, or the least important one - depending on whether or not you are pursuing a Science victory. In the first case, you should take care to be able to build it as soon as you research Rocketry; and not just a single one at that! The Spaceport is the most Production- costly district in the game (it costs as much as most Wonders), and you need one for all Science Victory-related Projects. Now, despite the fact that the different steps usually require one-another (i.e. Launch Moon Landing requires Launch Earth Satellite, etc.), meaning that technically you may complete them with a single Spaceport, enemy Spies can attack your Spaceports directly, disabling them and halting your progress. Having multiple Spaceports will help with that. Acts as a Volcano. On eruption it gives high yields to adjacent tiles, but large Population loss. Always active.
The religious victory goal tasks you with creating a religion and making it the dominant belief system in the planet. That means 50% of the cities of every civ have to be converted. To go down this victory path, you’ve gotta have faith. No, really, loads and loads of the faith resource. It’s generated by holy sites and the buildings within them and trade routes. It can be used to found a religion as well as purchase different types of missionaries. Basic missionaries can spread your religion to other cities, while apostles can do the same while also fighting other religious units. The final unit, the inquisitor, can weaken opposing religions. You can construct a trader in any city, and then very simply make its target any other discovered city. In return, the route will generate a flow of resources that can be anything from pure gold to a mix of gold, science, faith, culture, food and production.

Your cities with Holy Sites exert pressure as if they were Holy Cities (4x Religion pressure in all cities within 10 tiles). Apart from offering an even better incentive to beeline Masonry, however, its usefulness is limited. Rainforest tiles provide a +1 adjacency bonus for Campus, Commercial Hub, Holy Site, and Theater Square districts, and provide +1 Appeal to adjacent tiles, instead of the usual -1. Of all these factors, the first one is maybe the most immediately problematic: each District needs to occupy a tile within the city's limits (that city, not a nearby city). This creates the immediate question of whether you have a suitable tile at all within current city limits! Although most districts aren't limited as regards their disposition, there are still rules to follow (can't place a district on a Resource tile, or a tile with a non-removable feature, etc). And then there is the secondary consideration of Adjacency bonuses - most districts will have some ideal locations around the city, and others not that good. Many times bonuses for different kinds of districts will overlap, forcing you to think which one you need the most at the moment. In short, you'll find that on many occasions you will be forced to buy suitable tiles if you want to maximize your future district's effectiveness; on other occasions you will be forced to make sacrifices. In all cases planning ahead will help you immensely here - settle cities and then immediately plan which districts you want to build and where. Don't hesitate to remove Bonus Resources (Harvesting them, of course!) to make space for Districts. You will be rewarded well. Back in May of 2016, 2K Games announced Sid Meier's Civilization VI, to be released on October 21, 2016 for the PC. Civilization VI’s victory conditions are split up into five sections, each with their own unique objectives. It can only be purchased with Faith in a city that has a majority religion and a Holy Site with a Temple (or one of its replacements). Each turn, your civ will be generating science – hopefully quite a lot if you’ve got a campus district and a few buildings in it – which can be invested in research that in turn unlocks new technologies, starting from the basics like animal husbandry, all the way to space flight. The more science you’re generating, the faster you progress through the tech tree. That means you’ll want that campus to be, just like the holy site, surrounded by mountains, and you’ll probably want to build the Great Library wonder early.

Opening up the world through exploration should be next on the agenda. If there are no immediate Barbarian threats, use your warrior to start exploring. He’s not great at it, but don’t worry, you’ll have something better very soon. Get your city building a Scout straight away. It’ll take a few turns to build, so keep an eye on that warrior. Sid Meier's Civilization VI (called Civilization VI or Civ6 for short) is a turn-based strategy game in the Civilization franchise that was released in 2016. The lead producer of the game is Dennis Shirk, and the lead designer is Ed Beach. The game's first expansion pack, Rise and Fall, was released on February 8, 2018. Its second expansion pack, Gathering Storm, was released on February 14, 2019 The Water park also unlocks late in the game; but since it is virtually a copy of the Entertainment Complex meant for coastal cities, we won't discuss it much. Suffice it to say that it is a good choice to build instead of an Entertainment complex for empires which have lots of water tiles and not that many land. But it will rarely be much more useful.
The first three are at 1, 3 and 6 Envoys repectively. These rewards are based on the type of City State, such as Religious or Scientific, and are the same for each City State of that type. In addition, if you have at least 3 Envoys assigned to that City State, and more than any other civilization, you become their Suzerain and receive a bonus.
The majority of the Natural Wonders are impassable, but a few can be moved through or even worked like the Pantanal which provides +2 Food and +2 Culture to your civilization. As explained above, Science and Cultural Victories are the easiest paths for the Chinese to follow. Cultural Victory is a bit easier than Scientific, since building Wonders also have direct ties with Tourism, especially considering that early Wonders scale in Tourism much better. They have no abilities that directly aid with the other victory conditions, though they can pursue them easily enough with the proper setup and the right kinds of Wonders (as detailed in the in-depth guide). Trade routes are important, so try to have a Harbor or Commercial Hub in each city. Then build a lighthouse in each Harbor and a market in each Commercial Hub; this gives you an extra trade route. Trade routes are powerful, and more of them is always better. Industrial Zones are helpful to any city. More production is always good
